Mr. Pradhan is renowned for designing high-impact training programs, driving large-scale initiatives, and building training frameworks that ensure business performance and compliance. Recognized with industry awards, his strategic insights and leadership consistently deliver operational effectiveness and business growth.

Dr. Amit Mishra With over 23 years of experience across India, the Middle East, and Africa, Amit is a powerhouse of knowledge in hospitality and adult learning and development.

He holds:

• MBA in Hospitality Management

• Master’s Degree in Sociology

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education Amit is a certified trainer, facilitator, and coach, specializing as an IDeaS Revenue Management Concept Trainer. His multicultural expertise includes delivering impactful training programs globally and collaborating with world-class brands such as Hyatt International, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, Taj Hotels, and Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.

Meet Mr. Abhay Sharma

Mr. Abhay brings over 20 years of rich experience in hospitality and F&B operations, specializing in:

His career spans leadership roles in India and the UAE, where he has demonstrated expertise in operational excellence, P&L management, and cloud kitchen innovation.Abhay has transformed traditional restaurant kitchens into scalable cloud kitchen models, launching over 54 delivery brands with diverse menus.

His leadership extends to managing large teams, spearheading business development initiatives, and establishing SOPs for renowned QSR operators.

A proven expert in delivery domain operations, he has set up core delivery networks, centralized call centres, and third-party partnerships, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Abhay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Marketing and is passionate about driving innovative solutions in the hospitality industry.
